Her curiosity for learning and creative vein evolved from lots of Crayola kits in childhood into her Advertising studies. Within her Sales & Marketing roles, she always enjoyed working on presentations, taking a complex situation or problem and visually making it simple.
During the Pandemic, she pivoted, deciding to venture out independently. Two years later, Blank Slate was born.
The passion for strategizing, planning, simplification, and efficiency echoes in all aspects of her life, and now she is eager to share this with her Blank Slate customers.
Cristi spent over 20 years in Fortune 500 companies in Sales & Marketing, mostly in the Trade Marketing area. Some of the companies she worked for were:
• Bayer Pharmaceuticals
• Assurant Solutions
• Johnson & Johnson
• Kellogg’s
• Clorox Commercial Co.
Her last ten years in Corporate were spent at Clorox, leading the Trade Marketing function for the Caribbean and Central America with a team of +10.
She focused on making processes more efficient and standardizing them across regions, maximizing investments and resources, developing her team, and working cross-functionally as an active lead in Sales & Operations Planning processes and Business Continuity Plans, among others.
