Consists of contracting, part-time, a Sales Director to hire or re-structure teams, develop, establish, and train on policies and procedures.
It can also pave the way until you are ready to hire a full time position.
Projects have a specific objective and time frame. Some examples include: building a Sales Deck, and developing an internal Sales Planning process. It will include a tangible deliverable to the customer.
These may be required as discovery or as part of the steps required to deliver or complete a project.
Longer timeline projects will usually require at least a weekly touchpoint to guarantee traction.
Individual working sessions are also available if you want to soundboard a situation, receive coaching on a Strategy/Sales topic, or need help structuring a plan.
